Frontieri understands that one of the challenges in developing countries is shortage of skilled workforce, which can be improved through training and technical assistance. For this, we work via provision of technical assistance on a medium and long-term basis. This is done via on-job training, coaching and mentoring. In addition, Frontieri provides short capacity building trainings with highly educated experts and partner firms. In addition, Frontieri aims to work on skill transfer from Germany to Ethiopia (developed to developing countries) either through one-to-one coaching and mentoring or through institutional training.
